We spent a really comfortable time here, can't recommend highly enough to anyone. the hotel was lovely, welcoming, and quaint and overlooked the lake. - Marvellous location on the waterfront of Lake Lucerne made it easy to get to key attractions. - It was very close to the bus stop, ferry pier, the lake, Rigi mountain, and the shore of Lake Lucerne. - the room met expectations, perfectly clean.

The manager/chef and few other staff are friendly and helpful. View of the lake from the restaurant is nice.

Quality of service at the restaurant is below par for the charges.

It was unseasonably hot and the rooms don't have air conditioning or fans. It was very hot in our room when we went to sleep even though we opened all the windows.

This was an amazing stay for 3 nights. The rooms were good-sized and airy, complete with balcony view, comfortable beds, as for instance, and with smoke detectors for safety measures too;)))

The personalized service at the restaurant, along with the delicious preparations, made our stay truly unforgettable. The prompt and hassle-free check-in and check-out process added to the overall excellent hospitality. we highly recommend this hotel for an enchanting Swiss experience.

I found the location was ideal. The scenery was beatiful. We had a junior suite which was a very nice room. Well equipped with a balcony and nice new and modern bathroom. The breakfast was simple but good enough.

The staff were courteous and helpful but I would not say as warm and welcoming as they could have been. They were more functional and effective.

An excellent hotel at the excellent place. It is easy to reach – bus stop and ferry birth are next to the hotel. A church bell rang but it did not create troubles for me personally but people should take into account that it rings and it starts ringing at least from 7 a.m. (may be earlier but I did not hear because I slept). Room for two was clean and clear with two windows to the lake; all facilities were available (except safe in the room). Enough spacious bathroom and shower cabin. All equipment is new. There is a hair-dryer. Hot water runs from the tap at one stroke. There is an elevator in the hotel. A cozy restaurant inside ant a terrace outside (as there was October I did not use it). The owners Linus and Yvonne were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They speak English well.
